De Zweedse metalcore band Adept heeft voor het eerst sinds bijna 9 jaar weer nieuwe muziek uitgebracht. Dit doet de band in de vorm van “Heaven” en ze zeggen erbij dat er nog meer spannend nieuws aankomt.
Zanger Robert Ljung zegt het volgende over de track:
‘Heaven‘ is a dark and emotional song about carrying old scars into the present and learning how to face them. It’s built around heavy riffs, a massive chorus, and a lot of raw emotion. Lyrically, it’s about holding on to unresolved parts of your past but also about finding the strength to face them and move forward.
