Hoewel de editie van 2025 van Rock Werchter met Linkin Park als één van de headliners nog moet plaatsvinden, heeft het festival een nieuw eendaagsfestival aangekondigd onder de noemer Werchter Parklife en daar ook Linkin Park aangekondigd als headliner.
De organisatie schrijft het volgende over dit nieuwe festival:
The Werchter festival family is expanding with a new addition: Werchter Parklife. The new one-day festival positions itself somewhere between Werchter Boutique and TW Classic and firmly embraces rock and alternative rock. The name Werchter Parklife is not new. It made its debut in the summer of 2021, when the Werchter festival team brought live music back to life with a special concert series, crafted for exceptional times. Starting in 2026, Werchter Parklife will return, bringing the same positive energy, creativity, and sense of togetherness. On a single stage, set in Belgium’s most iconic Festivalpark. Werchter Parklife 2026 with headliner Linkin Park will take place on Sunday 28 June at the Festivalpark in Werchter.
