De Amerikaanse metalcoreband Silent Planet heeft een hun nieuwe single “Wick” uitgebracht op bandcamp. De band heeft de single daar uitgebracht voor early access. De opbrengst via dit platform zal ten goede komen voor kinderen uit Oekraïne voor de stichting Return Of Childhood.
De band schrijft:
All proceeds from our bandcamp downloads will be donated to “Return of Childhood”, an organization that strives to give Ukrainian children a chance at a full childhood despite the ongoing Russian invasion. We are independent and we are yours. The Youth will outlast the tyrant and plant sunflowers on his grave. Lovers forever.

Op dit moment is het niet bekend of Silent Planet binnenkort weer naar Nederland komt voor een show.
