De Amerikaanse blackened-deathcore band Ov Sulfur deelt de nieuwe single “Untruth“. Deze single is de laatste toevoeging aan hun vorige album “The Burden Ov Faith” uit 2023. “Untruth” is het eerste nummer geschreven voor dit album, maar werd als laatste gedeeld met de wereld buiten het album om. Gitarist Chase Wilson zegt het volgende over het nummer en het schrijfproces met vocalist Ricky Hoover.
What you hear is what we settled on after many evolutions, with Ricky pleading with those who use religion as a crutch to realize they’ve been terribly misled. What will it take and when will we learn that we must burn every inch of the lie that has been instilled into us from a young age?”
