De Amerikaanse metalcore band Dark Divine heeft een video uitgebracht voor hun nieuwste single “Run Away”. Het nummer is afkomstig van hun debuut EP “Halloweentown,” die op 30 september zal verschijnen via InVogue Records.
De band vertelt het volgende over de nieuwe single:
Run Away is about fleeing from past trauma and dealing with anxiety. These past demons are personified as a man with a chainsaw constantly chasing you while you recover from them. This song has a personal meaning to me as overcoming past trauma has been a big hurdle to get over. Even today, there are some days where I can still feel the man with a chainsaw lurking behind me, ready to attack at any moment.”
