De Amerikaanse metalcore band Fit For A King heeft een video uitgebracht voor hun nieuwe single “Keeping Secrets”, die wellicht niet op een nieuw album te vinden zal zijn, maar een op zichzelf staande track kan zijn of op een aankomende EP kan verschijnen. De band heeft namelijk gezegd dat ze niet elke twee jaar een nieuw album uitbrengen, maar zich focussen op losstaande singles en af en toe een EP.
Frontman Ryan Kirby zegt het volgende over de track:
“‘Keeping Secrets‘ is a song that not only showcases some new elements for the band, it goes back to some of the more popular elements of our older work. The song’s theme of questioning if people can truly love you, if you don’t open up and let them know the real you, is something my adopted daughter has struggled with greatly, and is the inspiration for the song.
